MILWAUKEE, WI, April 13, 2023: Three top Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) executives recently visited Keith Coursin, President of Desert Aire who was appointed as an MMAC Board of Director member in January. The MMAC visitors included MMAC President Tim Sheehy, Senior Vice President Dale Kooyenga and Executive Vice President Julie Granger.

The MMAC executives toured Desert Aire’s manufacturing and headquarters facility in Germantown, Wisconsin and met with Coursin to share how Desert Aire can continue to advance MMAC strategies to improve metro Milwaukee by creating jobs, and enhancing operational performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. The four discussed best practices about building stronger business relationships to address challenges supply chain issues, recruiting and training talent.

Former state legislator Dale Kooyenga joined the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce in the newly created position of senior vice president and will eventually succeed MMAC president Tim Sheehy who announced his retirement in October of 2022.
