Certified Service Technician (CST) Training Information

Please Note

• Desert Aire sales reps and CST’s must have a good standing relationship. You must have authorization from your Desert Aire Sales representative to attend pool and DOAS CST training. If you do not know your Desert Aire sales rep please use the “Find a Rep” link near the top of the page.
• Certificate of Insurance: It is our company’s policy to work only with companies who are properly insured. With your application to attend, please provide Certificate of Insurance and maintain insurance for general liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, motor vehicle liability $1,000,000 limit, and workers compensation, including employers liability. Desert Aire Corp. must be named as an ADDITIONAL INSURED on the Certificate of Insurance for general liability and auto liability.
• Classes start promptly at 8:00 AM. Class will not be delayed for people who arrive late.
• Desert Aire provides a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch during training days and hours. Additional meals will be at the cost of your / your firm’s cost.
• The class fee does NOT include hotel or transportation. These arrangements and costs are your / your firm’s responsibility.
• As of October 2021 CST training class materials will be completely digital and provided on a flash drive that has a USB and Micro USB connection.
• You must bring a laptop with you that can accept a USB or Micro USB flash drive.

Registration Fee Details

• A $75 nonrefundable registration fee is required per student with each application. The balance is due in full 10 days prior to the start of training.
• We accept check and credit card as well as a P.O. if you have an existing account with Desert Aire. All payment details are outlined on the application form.
• Desert Aire will confirm your class reservations after processing your application.
