Desert Aire Expands Warehouse Space and Production to Meet Demand

Today Desert Aire announces a significant expansion of its warehouse operations, adding 26,000 square feet near its existing facility in Germantown, WI to accommodate more raw materials and components.

An offsite, state-of-the-art warehouse now houses Desert Aire’s inventory, opening up significant space within their existing 88,000 sq ft production area. As a result, Desert Aire reconfigured its operations, expanding the production area by almost 20% to accommodate a sixth production line for large HVACD equipment designed for pools, natatoriums, and indoor environmentally controlled agriculture.

“We’re happy to announce our expansion due to success in multiple markets,” explained Sean Garster, Desert Aire Director of Sales, Marketing and Service.

“Rapid growth in both the large pool/natatorium and indoor agriculture markets has made expansion essential. This added space will significantly boost our production, allowing us to better serve our growing customer base for years to come,”  said Business Development Manager Chip Seidel.

Earlier this year Desert Aire added racking to store more components and raw materials more efficiently and increase floor space for production.
