Multistack Acquires Budzar Industries

Overview

Multistack, LLC has acquired Budzar Industries. Based in Willoughby, Ohio, Budzar Industries manufactures custom temperature control and pumping systems for the rubber, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Budzar Industries has operations in Willoughby as well as in Jiaxing, China. Desert Aire is a subsidiary of Multistack, LLC.

In a statement Charles Kenyon, CEO of Multistack, said, “We are thrilled to have Budzar join us as we continue with our long-term plan of growth. Budzar, like Desert Aire (acquired January 2017) and Standard Refrigeration (acquired October 2017) fits well within that growth plan. The acquisition of Budzar Industries by Multistack will not impact Desert Aire’s employees, customers, sales organization and rep network, or product line. Like Desert Aire, Multistack will operate Budzar as a wholly owned subsidiary.
