Job Description

Are you seeking a job opportunity with a company that is innovative, growing rapidly and fast-paced?  Desert Aire LLC, an industry-leading manufacturer of HVAC related equipment is expanding our service department and has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator position at our facility located in Germantown, Wisconsin. 

The qualified individual will be responsible to:

  • Customer support via phone and email communications
  • Proficiency with MS office programs
  • Proficiency with Data entry programs – Epicor and Macola is beneficial.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Answer phone calls as a backup operator

The service administrator we are looking for will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent   
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, Friendly personality while working with other team members.
  • Basic knowledge of computers ability to navigate basic settings.
