Job Description

Desert Aire LLC, an industry-leading manufacturer of HVAC related equipment is expanding our service department and has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator position at our facility located in Germantown, Wisconsin.
The qualified individual will be responsible to:
- Customer support via phone and email communications
- Proficiency with MS office programs
- Proficiency with Data entry programs – Epicor and Macola is beneficial.
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Answer phone calls as a backup operator
The service administrator we are looking for will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, Friendly personality while working with other team members.
- Basic knowledge of computers ability to navigate basic settings.
