Our TotalAire series has left or right hand single-side service access. Single-side access allows the opposite side of the unit to be positioned against a wall ultimately requiring less mechanical space then comparable products.

VerticalAire has dual-side service access but the vertical arrangement provides a small footprint. A 4 through 15-ton VerticalAire fits through a 36” door and a 20 through 30-ton unit fits through a 6 foot door; making the VerticalAire ideal for retrofits or building renovations.
