Desert Aire's Service Department provides technical support, service part sales and expert start-up service for our complete line of dehumidifiers and outside air equipment.

A network of Certified Service Technicians (CST's) assists with field technical support including start-up service. A Desert Aire CST is an independent contractor who has completed a 2 day technical training course at our headquarters in Germantown, Wisconsin.
